Utility Account Signup and Cancellation

Water, sewer, stormwater, garbage, and recycling services are provided through the City of Clarence and are billed monthly. Customers can sign up for new city utility accounts or close their existing accounts online using the Online Service Applications portal or by printing and filling out paper forms from the Permits Licenses & Forms page. Please note to start a new account we will need the completed application, copy of the primary account holder’s driver’s license or alternate photo ID, and a deposit paid.
