The City of Clarence has four park shelters available for rental: two rustic enclosed shelters (the “East” and “West” shelters, with the “East” shelter being the one closest to the Splash Pad and the “West” shelter being the one closest to the Statue of Liberty Replica), a Kitchen shelter with outdoor seating and pass-thru food windows, and the new City Park Pavilion; a modern year-round event space with kitchen, private restrooms, and event space for up to 99 guests. The East, West, and Kitchen shelters are available to rent from April 15 – October 15, weather and services pending. The Clarence City Park Pavilion may be rented year-round.
To reserve a space, please contact City Hall. A completed rental agreement, rental fee, and cleaning/damage deposit will be required for each space. More detailed information about the spaces and rentals can be found on the rental agreement form.
