Pay Your Bill A Variety of Ways
Water, sewer, stormwater, garbage, and recycling services are provided through the City of Clarence and are billed monthly. Utility payments can be made in a variety of ways:
- Online or Automatic
- Customers can pay bills and review payment history through the online payment portal. Customers can also set up automatic payments through the portal or by filling out an ACH authorization form to direct debit their checking or savings accounts. Please note that direct debit ACH automatic payments do not incur any additional processing fees whereas all online payments incur additional processing fees.
- Mail
- Customers can mail bill payments to: City of Clarence, PO Box 418, Clarence IA 52216.
- Pay in Person
- Credit/debit card, cash, and check payments may be made in person at City Hall, 411 Lombard St, Clarence IA 52216, during regular business hours. Check payments may be dropped in the outdoor drop box (we do not recommend leaving cash in the drop box). Please note all credit/debit card transactions incur an additional processing fee.
- Pay by Phone
- Credit/debit card payments may be made over the phone during regular business hours by calling City Hall at 563-452-3625. Please note that all credit/debit card transactions incur an additional processing fee.
