Notice is hereby given that there is now on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk of Clarence, Iowa, a proposed ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map by changing the zoning classification of a parcel of land described as a portion of PARC J NW EXC ROBINSONS 1ST ADD & EXC LOT 1 OF J, ~2.35 ACRES, from AG Agricultural to RS Residential.
The City Council will meet at 6:15 p.m. on the 13th day of March, 2023, in the council chambers at which time any citizen of Clarence, Iowa, or any other person having an interest in the proposed amendment may appear and be heard for or against the adoption of the proposed ordinance.
